This update covers mobile display fixes, native app UX improvements, local timezone for article dates, and several community review system enhancements including fairer penalty rules for older posts.

社群審查系統兩項 bug 已修復：申訴窗口統一為 24 小時，申訴成功後裁定結果正確顯示；話題內發文不受 10 分鐘間隔限制，內容品質由社群陪審員把關。

Two bugs in the community review system are fixed: the appeal window is now consistently 24 hours, and upheld appeal outcomes are correctly displayed. Topic posts are also no longer subject to the 10-minute posting limit — quality is enforced by community jurors instead.
