End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Pickful AI (“Company”) regarding the use of Pickful (“Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Application.

1. License Grant

Pickful AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute the Application.
• Use the Application for any illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.
• Post or share objectionable content, including but not limited to pornography, violence, hate speech, racial discrimination, bullying, or harassment.
• Interfere with the Application’s normal operation, such as distributing viruses, malware, or engaging in unauthorized access.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the Application. Pickful AI prohibits posting illegal, offensive, or non-compliant content. Pickful AI reserves the right to review, remove inappropriate content, or suspend your access.

4. Children’s Protection

If you are under 13 years old (or the age of restriction in your jurisdiction), you must use the Application with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Application complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and related regulations, and does not collect personal information from minors without verifiable parental consent.

5. Termination

If you violate this Agreement, Pickful AI may terminate your access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and delete all copies.

6. Disclaimer

The Application is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. Pickful AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with Pickful AI’s Privacy Policy (https://pickful.ai/privacy). Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Changes to Terms

Pickful AI may modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be notified to you via the Application or through [email protected] and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, USA. You agree to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to data protection, content posting, and consumer rights laws.
